CERTIFICATION OF CRANES & LIFTING DEVICES
FRF Hydraulic has contributed for several years to the advancement of safety in lifting devices. The equipment that we provide, and certification that we offer, is designed to meet the requirements of the most recent standards:
- Z150 of the Mobile Crane Safety Code
- Z150.3 of the Knuckle Boom Crane Safety Code
Our Crane Certification consists of thoroughly checking the following points:
- Visual examination of welds on the entire crane in accordance with CSA W59 under the supervision of a certified technician.
- Non-destructive testing, carried out by a CAN/CGSB 48.9712 qualified technician, on critical areas or areas representing irregularities.
- Ultrasound examination on the axes.
- Examination of all accessible structural elements of the crane (sections, winch, pulleys, hooks, stabilizers, frames, cables, etc.).
- Safety device review (ATB, LMI).
- Replacement of main component oils (winch, rotation gearbox).
- Lifting tests with load.
